The real estate company Limpanpuu is in a beautiful location on the shore of Lake Karhujärvi, which is only 40 minutes from Helsinki. Here you will experience fresh air in the purest Finish nature. The partners get a plot of land where they can grow for example herbs, plants and food ecologically.
Our current project includes the buildings and premises below. These are already on sale, and those who are interested are welcome to visit here. It is also possible to build a cottage according to your own design. The group garden will contain 40 quality cottages built from natural materials in a continental style. The eco-region has Europe's largest clay ball hall, and the intention is to build two offices with workshops and a total of six residential buildings. Detached house lots for permanent residence have also been reserved next to the group garden and on the highest cliff of the farm. The first model cabins will soon be ready for handover, and we are now accepting plot reservations! Feel free to contact us.
